Official Rules
The Sperax Walk to Win Challenge ("Challenge") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sperax and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.
The Challenge begins on March 10, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on March 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET ("Challenge Period"). Registrations must be submitted by March 25, 2026. Step submissions are accepted through March 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
To enter, complete the registration form on this page during the Challenge Period. You must provide your full legal name, valid email address, Sperax product model, and date of purchase. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To receive additional draw entries, submit your weekly step totals via the link sent to registered participants each Monday (up to 3 additional entries total, one per week). Limit one (1) registration per person. Duplicate registrations will be disqualified.
Three (3) winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on or around April 1, 2026. Winners will be notified via email using the address provided at registration. Winners have forty-eight (48) hours from the time of notification to respond and confirm prize acceptance. Failure to respond within 48 hours may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. Sperax is not responsible for undelivered, misdirected, or delayed email notifications.
The digital Visa Gift Card will be emailed to the winner's registered email address within three (3) business days of winner confirmation. The purchase rebate will be applied to the original payment method used at time of Sperax purchase within five to seven (5–7) business days of confirmation. Winners must provide valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) to claim the rebate portion of the prize.
Personal information collected during this Challenge will be used solely for the administration of the Challenge and, with consent, for future Sperax communications. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sperax and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of participation in this Challenge or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
