When you register for the Sperax Walk to Win Challenge, we collect the following information:
- Full name — used to identify your registration and personalize communications.
- Email address — used to send your Participant ID, weekly step submission links, and winner notifications.
- Sperax product model — used to verify eligibility and administer the prize rebate.
- Date of purchase — used to verify eligibility and calculate the purchase rebate value.
- Phone number (optional) — used only as a secondary contact method for winner notification if email is unreachable.
We do not collect payment information, social security numbers, government-issued ID numbers, or any sensitive personal data through this Challenge.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely for the following purposes:
- Sending your unique Participant ID confirmation email upon registration.
- Sending weekly step submission reminder emails during the Challenge Period (March 10–31, 2026).
- Contacting you if you are selected as a winner, and verifying your eligibility for the prize.
- Processing the prize rebate by matching your purchase date and product to your original order.
- Sending you Sperax promotional communications, only if you have opted in.
We will not use your information for any purpose not listed above without your explicit consent.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with any third parties, except as follows:
- Form processing: Registration data is processed through Formspree, a third-party form service. Formspree stores submission data securely and is bound by its own privacy policy. You can review it at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.
- Prize fulfillment: If you are selected as a winner, limited information (name and email) may be shared with the Visa gift card delivery provider for the purpose of prize delivery only.

Registration data is retained only for the duration of the Challenge and for up to 90 days following the winner announcement date (April 1, 2026) for record-keeping and prize fulfillment purposes. After this period, personal data will be deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by applicable law.

This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or any other tracking technologies that identify individual users. No behavioral data is collected as you browse this page.
6. Data Security

Data submitted via the registration form is transmitted securely over HTTPS. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
